Return Policy

1. What Can Be Returned?

  • Return Window: Items must be sent back within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • Condition: Jewelry must be returned in the condition it arrived. You can try it on for fit, but it must not show signs of regular wear, scratches, or tarnish.

🚫 Sorry, No Returns on:

  • Earrings: Final sale for hygiene reasons (unless they arrive with a defect).

  • Custom or personalized jewelry.

2. Assembly & Shipping Errors (Defects)

If you believe you received the wrong item/color, wrong quantity, or there is a fault in assembly:

  • Reporting Timeframe: You must contact us within 2 days of delivery to report the issue.

  • Photo Evidence Required: Email [email protected] with clear photos of the mistake or fault.

  • Our Review: We will review the photos to confirm the mistake or assembly fault. Damage from improper use, accident, or wear-and-tear is not covered.

  • Defect Solution: If confirmed, we will work with you (e.g., send the correct item or replacement parts). This solution is decided solely by us after review.

Important Exclusions: Issues with damage caused by the shipping carrier (USPS, etc.) are not covered by our shop.

3. How to Start a Return (Fit or Change of Mind)

  1. Email Us First: Send an email to [email protected] with the subject: "Return Request - Order #[Your Order Number]".

  2. Tell Us Why: Let us know what you are returning and why.

  3. Wait for Instructions: We will reply within 2 business days with the return address. Please wait for our instructions!

4. Shipping Costs & Refunds

  • Return Shipping: If you return the item because you changed your mind or it doesn't fit, you pay for the shipping cost to send the item back to us.

  • Refund Amount: We refund the cost of the jewelry only (original shipping costs are not refunded).

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and check the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
